The gentlemen who came & measured up was excellent, so polite & could not have been more helpfull. Very happy with the price, the fact they are mobile & do not have a shop helps with the cost. I would definitely recomend using this company, thanks Avana Flooring.

Steve and Tina were great. They had loads of samples for me to chose from and the carpets look amazing now they are in. Really good quality and very well priced aswell

Thanks for your great review Nick, your herringbone carpet looks fantastic and it's a great choice for your stairs and living room. 
Firstly, a notable mention to Steve who visited and talked us through our options. Steve guided us and advised where needed. Found Steve's knowledge very reassuring and felt zero pressure to purchase. His communication was impeccable and very professional, yet personable.Secondly, after proceeding with our purchase, Matt and Tyler fitted our flooring. They were on time, worked diligently and completed a fantastic job. We are incredibly pleased with the outcome. Also, day after install, one of our slats were damaged. After a phone call regarding something else, Steve offered for the fitters to come out again and repair free of charge.Overall, an excellent service from beginning to end. We will be following up for further work this year and absolutely will not hesitate to recommend to friends. Wished more businesses were this straight forward to work with. Thank you!

Over the past few years I have been slowly doing up my home. Steve has always been very efficient and very helpful at recommending which flooring would suite which environment in the house. To have a selection of flooring to choose from and to see it in situ works extremely well.
