I am really pleased with the service I have received. Had a home consultation for hard flooring replacement first and swiftly got the work booked in within a couple of weeks..I was so impressed I booked in another consultation for replacing all my carpets! It was so much more affordable than I expected, I was shocked! I explained what I wanted and was given great advice. The fitters arrived when they said they would, having called in the morning. It only took 4 hours to carpet my whole house, I was in awe! 100% professional, 100% reliable, 100% quality (advice, communication and workmanship). Thank you so much.

They initial response for an appointment to discuss the flooring, measure rooms and choose flooring, was prompt and responded to quickly. I was lucky to be able to have the floor laid a week later and Pete was friendly and worked hard to complete the task. I would recommend Avana flooring for this service.

Very happy with the service I received from Avana Flooring. The gentleman who came to do the estimate, the office staff and the fitters were all very nice and helpful. Good quality carpets, nice thick underlay and competitively priced. I went a bit bold on my first flight of stairs with a Zebra print which I’m thrilled with. The lounge, the second flight of stairs and upper landing I had in a lovely light, flecked carpet which looks and feels lovely underfoot. The fitters worked really hard, left everywhere tidy and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Avana and would definitely use them again when I need more carpets for other rooms in the future.

Great service from start to finish. Sales side was fab and easy from comfort of own home. Gave a choice with different price levels that matched my brief. Not pushy at all. Didn’t unnecessarily sell new underlay to us honestly told us the one laid already was still ok.

The fitters were lovely and very professional but most impressed with how tidy they were I have never had any carpet fitters hoover up after themselves before so very impressed.

Never realised this little gem was right on our doorstep but will definitely use again now we’ve found it.

Ordered LVT for my stairs & landing. Not everyone does it so was pleased to find Avana. They were very efficient and responsive. The fitters were excellent. Am really pleased with the end product, and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Absolutely love my new carpet and love my new laminate flooring! It’s gorgeous and the fitters were so quick and professional. You can pay monthly with no interest or pay in full, however you prefer. Great communication and always there to answer any queries I had!

Really great service. The best thing about this company is their efficiency and time keeping. We have used them three times and they have always been dead on time for the appointments and fitting. No last minute cancellations! Excellent, friendly team. Very reasonable prices. Thank you again.
