A positive, memorable experience from start to finish. From the initial telephone call Tina was very knowledgeable and friendly. Steve then visited my home with a very good choice of carpets, the quality and quantity was the best i have viewed. Terry and Andy then installed the flooring, both very efficient and again friendly. The finish was to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.

I’ve had all floors but one replaced by these guys and always had a great level of service and more than happy with the finished product. Two years ago I had all downstairs done, then stairs and landing carpets last year, now two of the bedrooms with wood flooring. Excellent job by the fitters, prompt and hard working, even sorted an extra door for me! Steve always great with initial appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Great experience from the two lovely fitters who fitted our back bedroom and landing and stair carpets today. Arrived at 9am were gone by just after 11am. Courteous and very neat and tidy work. Would highly recommend and use again.

Absolutely brilliant!! Lovely helpful lady that took my calls, cracking guy came to show my samples and no pressure whatsoever to buy, they did two flights of stairs and landings, 2 rooms in laminate flooring, took old carpet away, cleaned up after themselves, lovely friendly, family run company. Would I recommend? YES I already have and my best friend had her lounge carpet done and she's as happy as me!! Thanks guys
The final job and the process leading up to job was fantastic. I wanted to completely update the carpets of my entire house. The measurements were done and quotes given immediately after the measuring had finished. I was given advice on the best carpet choices for a rental property. During the time between the measurement visit and the fitting, they were responsive on email and were able to accommodate my specific fitting dates. The fitters arrived on time and called in advance so i was able to be ready for them. They moved all the furniture without issue and left my property after fully hoovering top to bottom. The team were great - there was a young 'apprentice-aged' guy that had a really good work ethic. He was a credit to his age group and of course the gathers were spot on. I highly recommend this company. FYI - the pricing was competitive.

Advertised the job and this company was very responsive came out understood the sensitive issues around my mum’s partners (hoarding) collection of music also taking account of their vulnerabilities. They priced to move bulky furniture lift soiled carpet and dispose of it lay new floor and replace furniture. Kyle and his colleague were polite and respectful even though they were having to work in not the best work environment they still did a first class job. I truly respect them for the kindness they showed and attention to detail. We replaced soiled carpet with anti slip flooring with screeded base so it is more hygienic and easily washable. I can’t rate this company enough from Steve who measured up and quoted to lady in office responding to all my emails and queries about the job, quoted and fitting dates to the fitters who really took pride in doing an excellent job. The company worked around my dates so it was done in time for my mum to come out of hospital. Whilst they are a newer company compared to some swindon stores and I admit I was a bit sceptical at first because I had to pay for the floor upfront I need not of worried. You pay for the order upfront and pay the fitters once job completed to your satisfaction. Everything went to plan apart from a miss communication caused by my mums partner but we found a quick work around so neither party was disappointed or out of pocket. I will def ask this company to quote for flooring replacements in my house when needed. Give them a go you will be pleased you did.
Sheer perfection. It has been two month since we have carpet and LVT flooring installed. Nothing but high quality and our house guests always pick up how amazing the floor is. The quality of the fitting is out of this world and the team installing were no bother at all. This company does cost a fair amount but well worth the price as this is very high quality. They exceeded expectations.
Absolutely superb service. From the ease of booking an appointment online to meeting the punctual chap who came out to measure and quote, we couldn't me more impressed. The company is modern, no sales pressure and Steve knew his stuff and was able to advise us on the perfect solutions for our floors. Our flooring was fitted very quickly after the quote and it's fabulous. The fitters were neat and tidy and took time to get things right. Fair prices, super service, perfect. Won't hesitate to return for the rest of our home. Thanks again, we'll be back.

Had our Herringbone flooring laid by this company. It was done to a very poor standard, contacted the company who did arrange for someone to come out and attempt to repair the flooring, however after 6 hours it was apparent all 3 floors would need to be re- done. Hugely inconvenient and another 2 full days to re- lay all the rooms ( and still had to be carried into a third day as not enough flooring has been ordered) . Initial damage to our property included chunks being taken out of the doorframes and damage to our brand new skirting boards ( new build) Was offered £150 in " compensation" by Steve,. Original cost was £4000 and was pretty much a shambles from start to end. I didn't pay the £80 fee for our carpet to be laid due to the amount of damage caused to our property when it was fitted. Due to this we have been left with a damaged property and no offer to repair or pay for the damage. Considering the original cost, £150 for 5 days of additional disruption and the damage caused is a bit of an insult. Our new oak doors were also cut wonky initially. ( This was rectified by an actual carpenter when all the flooring was replaced) Sadly wouldn't recommend or use again, although we are happy with the flooring now, it has taken months to rectify, and has been highly inconvenient. Especially when we also now need to pay for the damage to our property to be repaired on ***I did not demand anything, I requested a refund of half the initial flooring installation cost which was £1300, due to the fact that the flooring was so poorly laid that it all had to be redone. Irrelevant if we work at home or not, it was still highly inconvenient and involved us having to move furniture and dismantle my home office for weeks until it was replaced. This isn't a bad review, it's an honest review. I would be interested to hear which part is inaccurate as all of the above it true***
We first had Avana Flooring come out to quote for a lounge carpet 18 months ago, after moving into our new home. We were impressed with the service and the very competitive price. The carpet was ordered, and was fitted within 2 weeks. The fitters were very professional and did an excellent job. We subsequently had a further 2 rooms carpeted. Just before Christmas, we had LVT fitted in our hallway, dining room and kitchen. We opted for a herringbone style, which meant that the fitters were here for 3 days in total. Again they did a fantastic job, and were very thorough and detailed. As a result the LVT looks amazing and has totally transformed the look of our house. We would highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone, and will most definitely be calling on them again soon when we get round to the other rooms in the house!
I used Avana flooring recently for carpet supply and fit in my whole house. I found them very professional and the prices were very reasonable. Would highly recommend their service.
