Just had a hallway and cloakroom laminated. Had a few issues that the quote to have the tiles removed from the toilet could not be done when the fitters advised that the tiles were holding the toilet up. New quote was considerable extra costs plus the fitters charged extra on the installation day to trim the 3 x doors at 20 pounds each which were never mentioned before. Nice flooring though.

Excellent service even when encountered some problems explained the issue and managed to rectify it and still get the flooring laid in the allocated time were completely honest and could’ve just laid it and us incur problem later but they pointed this out and got it sorted very quickly Great service and would use again

Would highly recommend! Not long had our kitchen floor replaced and everyone involved has been great. Came out with every sample imaginable, didn’t rush us into choosing what we wanted and was then fitted within 2 weeks. Friendly people and very reasonably priced. Next time we need flooring we will definitely be coming back!

Great experience from start to finish. We chose our carpet from home so we could see the colour under our lighting. Fitting was brilliant, the guys worked flat out and left everything clean and tidy. I’d highly recommend if you are looking for a new carpet.

Great service. Home appointment to decide on carpets for the relevant rooms and they were laid within the 2 weeks as promised. Team that came to lay the carpet were quick and professional too.

The fitters came with a few days notice, they worked non stop and got my whole house re carpeted in less than a day. They were polite, arrived on time, hard working and did an incredible job. My homes completely transformed and I couldn’t recommend avana flooring enough. 🥳

What a speedy, easy process that was! We met Steve and picked our carpet in about 10 mins. 5 days later it was fitted very quickly and professionally by the guys. It looks beautiful. I’m so pleased with it.

Steve and his team have been professional and friendly. There is a wide range of carpets to choose from and Steve went through these with us so we made the right choice for each area. We have had new flooring to stairs, landing and Master bedroom. The fitters have tidied up after completion and taken away all rubbish. We have been so impressed that we are now looking at having LVT fitted in our kitchen by them.

We have been blown away by the fantastic customer service shown by Steve and his crew at Avana - from the initial phone call and visit to our home ( even in lockdown) . He gave us very good advice, took into account we were elderly pensioners and was always available throughout the process to help and support. After a little wait for fitting the guys came and laid Lino in my small bathroom and separate toilet. They worked fast and did a great job cleaning up behind themselves and taking away all rubbish. Thanks Steve and your team great job 👍
