Here’s How Our Service Works

Book a timeslot

Use our simple diary booker. Choose your area and preferred timeslot, we’ll come to you as soon as next day.

A visit from the mobile showroom

Discuss your needs, your preferences and your budget. You can then review samples and visualise flooring options in your own home. Pick the perfect option for you and confirm a time to measure up, we don’t need a deposit or charge for the measuring service.

Measuring-up

Measurement usually happens within 48 hours of the showroom visit. Our specialists will check the details of your order and take precise measurements of your room(s), it’s important to get the details right.

Free flooring quote and interest free credit

At this point, you’ll get a free no obligation quote. Then, we’ll need to take a deposit to confirm an installation date with the full cost of material to be covered prior to fitting. Choose to pay in full or with a 10% deposit then spread the cost of the flooring, interest free, across 10 monthly payments.

Fitting day!

Your fitters will collect the carpet or flooring from our warehouse then head over to you. If required, carpet removal or removal of flooring will be carried out. We pride ourselves on expert craftsmanship and professional installation. Our highly skilled teams bring years of experience, ensuring precise fitting and flawless finishes.

We’re also capable of measuring and fitting carpet within 24hrs, subject to availability and order type of course.

Very happy with the service I received from Avana Flooring. The gentleman who came to do the estimate, the office staff and the fitters were all very nice and helpful. Good quality carpets, nice thick underlay and competitively priced. I went a bit bold on my first flight of stairs with a Zebra print which I’m thrilled with. The lounge, the second flight of stairs and upper landing I had in a lovely light, flecked carpet which looks and feels lovely underfoot. The fitters worked really hard, left everywhere tidy and did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Avana and would definitely use them again when I need more carpets for other rooms in the future.

Tina and the team at Avana are excellent. Having been let down by my house developer, Tina jumped in to save the day. Within 24 hours sending across Steve who measured up and took his time talk us through our options and advise us through the whole process. Really happy with the end result.
