Apply
Apply for Interest-Free Credit through a simple online form that we complete with you. There’s no paperwork involved and the initial eligibility check will not have an impact on your credit score.
Decision
Typically you’ll get a decision within 60 seconds, occasionally up to 24 hours. Assuming you’re accepted, schedule your installation then start enjoying your beautiful new floors.
Repayments
You’ll pay a 10% deposit to us then up to 10 monthly repayments, with the first amount going out on an agreed date after your installation.

Am I Eligible For Interest-Free Credit?
To take advantage of our interest-free credit payment option, you must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- UK resident of more than three years.
- Have a personal bank account from which a Direct Debit can be taken.
You must also be either:
- Permanently employed, for a minimum of 16 hours p/w
- Self-employed
- Retired with an income
- On disability allowance
- A registered carer
- Unemployed and a ‘house person (with the consent of a co-habiting working partner)
Terms and conditions apply. The offer of credit excludes fitting costs and is subject to a £850 minimum credit value. A 10% deposit is required.
